Built for a high-volume hiring operation. Apify sourced and ingested candidates, OpenAI enriched and structured their data, and Phantombuster sent personalized LinkedIn connection requests at scale, with everything logged to Google Sheets. Designed to support multiple job roles and application formats without a rebuild, then stabilized under real-world load through iterative debugging and live monitoring.

Automated student onboarding after payment

Built for a business coach. Triggered by a successful Paystack payment, with zero manual steps for the client's team. The workflow verifies the transaction in real time, structures the student's data, registers them in Airtable, kicks off a welcome email sequence, schedules class reminders, and flags failed or unverified payments to an administrator.

RedNote FSBO/FRBO leads scraper

Built to source For Sale/Rent By Owner leads from RedNote for a real estate client. Apify scrapes posts and comments by keyword, and a custom JavaScript filter node, used in place of an AI step, qualifies the leads and strips out duplicates before they're written anywhere. Structured lead data lands in both Google Sheets and Airtable, so the client can work from whichever they prefer.

About

I've spent close to two years building AI-powered workflow systems for businesses in education, real estate, and sales, connecting AI models, APIs, and no-code platforms into pipelines that stay reliable after the initial build, not just during the demo.

My background is in Industrial and Production Engineering, which is where the instinct comes from: look for where a process breaks under real conditions, then design around it. That's as true for an n8n workflow as it is for a factory floor.

I'm as comfortable architecting a multi-stage pipeline as I am walking a non-technical founder through how to maintain the system I built for them.
